1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "d666", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the d666 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://d666.bet and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with d666 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered d666 player account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all funds standing to the credit of a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.3 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a nominated payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times. d666 may refuse registration or close an Account at any time if it determines that the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active Account with d666. The creation of duplicate Accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, d666 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

d666 may require identity and age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: National ID card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. d666 may also require proof of ownership of a nominated payment method. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d666 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. d666 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat or telephone. You must notify d666 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. d666 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

d666 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, deceptive or collusive activity; chargebacks or disputed transactions; provision of false information during registration; evidence of underage gambling; or at d666's reasonable discretion for any other legitimate business reason. In cases of closure for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of KYC verification and investigation.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. d666 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive Accounts once notification has been sent to the registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity may be closed at d666's discretion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

Players should verify current limits before initiating any transaction. d666 does not impose a transaction fee on standard bKash and Nagad deposits or withdrawals; however, fees charged by your payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (UTC+6). Standard withdrawal processing to bKash and Nagad accounts typically completes within two hours during business hours, subject to KYC verification status and any active responsible gaming restrictions. d666 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where fraud checks, verification requirements or investigation procedures are ongoing. 4.4 Own Funds Declaration

Any Account found to have accepted deposits of illicit origin will be closed immediately and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

d666 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only accepted and confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued. A bet placed but not confirmed due to technical failure, disconnection or system error does not constitute a valid wager. d666 accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

5.2 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were posted in error — including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, technical glitches, or data feed errors — d666 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. The determination of whether odds constitute a manifest error rests with d666. Where d666 identifies a systematic exploitation of erroneous odds, it reserves the right to apply account-level restrictions.

5.3 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets on d666 are governed by standard cricket betting rules applicable to the relevant format (Test, ODI, T20) and competition (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events). In the event of match abandonment, reduced overs, or other exceptional circumstances, settlement rules specific to each market will apply as described within the relevant betting market. Players should review market-specific rules before placing any cricket wager.

5.4 Casino & Live Games

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit d666's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms
